These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "Player," or "you") and z365 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "z365") governing all access to and use of the z365 website located at z365.bio, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and any other features made available through the platform.

By accessing z365.bio, creating a z365 account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager or bet on the z365 platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Each individual may hold only one (1) active z365 account at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under aliases — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Upon successful registration, z365 will create a personal account in your name. You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your z365 account, including all wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

You are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your z365 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. z365 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account where available.

z365 supports a range of Pakistani payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and NayaPay. All transactions on z365 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: Deposit requests submitted through approved z365 payment channels are typically credited to your z365 account balance within minutes of confirmation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the z365 cashier section at the time of deposit.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe indicated in the z365 cashier section for your selected payment method. z365 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal amounts are subject to minimum thresholds.

• All funds deposited into your z365 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• z365 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• z365 will only process withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Any withdrawals suspected of being connected to fraudulent activity will be frozen pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

z365 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL special promotions. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all z365 offers:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your z365 account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.

By placing a bet or wager on z365, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All wagers on z365 are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or modify a wager after it has been accepted by the z365 system.
• z365 casino games, including slots, live dealer games, and table games, use certified random number generators (RNGs) independently audited for fairness. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are indicative long-term averages and do not guarantee returns on any individual session.

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any z365 content without prior written authorisation from z365.
• Use the z365 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.
• Create derivative works based on z365 platform content or software.
• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine any portion of the z365 website or platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of z365 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your access to the platform and may give rise to legal action for damages.

z365 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While z365 makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability, security, and accuracy, z365 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z365 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the z365 platform.
• Losses arising from technical failures, network outages, server downtime, or any other disruption beyond z365's reasonable control, including those affecting payment processing via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer services.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your z365 login credentials.
